Badge designs can be created on the website. Please ensure you review your designs before finalizing your purchase.
Design files can also be sent by e-mail in the following file formats. - .pdf, .cdr, .ai, .png, .jpg
Proofs will be supplied on request.
All product remains in the ownership of Australian Name Badges until fully paid for
Designs created for you by Australian Name Badges, upon full payment the customer has the perpetual rights to use the design created by ANB. Designs provided by the customer, remain the ownership of the customer.
Delivery is by Australia Post standard mail, registered mail with a tracking number, or Australia Post Express Sachets according to your order.
Dispatch is usually within 6 working days from finalization of artwork.
Australian Name Badge is not responsible for delays in postal deliveries.
The incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer will incur an invoice of $30 from ANB for handling and the additional postage costs.
Loss & Damage
Australian Name Badges should be notified by email of name badges lost or damaged in transit in a timely manner. Damaged goods can be returned, and will be replaced. See the returns policy.
Lost mail should be followed up with Australia Post using your tracking number where that dispatch option was selected. Investigations with Australia Post need to be initiated by the receiver of the item.
The magnetic backings used on our badges are not suitable for use on people with any form of heart or electronic implant. The magnetic field may interfere with these devices.
The magnetic backing used on the back of the badges may be a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children.
Australian Name Badges will replace any badges damaged during normal usage within 3 months of purchase. Normal usage does not include being washed in the washing machine or other appliances.
Any situation requiring repair or replacement of product should be relayed to us by email within 14 days of occurrence. All replacements or repairs will be effected within a reasonable time frame. (Usually within 7 working days).See additional policy.
Your contact details will be retained by us for delivery purposes.You may be contacted by mail, telephone or e-mail regarding your order, or with information regarding our services and products. If you do not wish to continue receiving information from us there are opt-out details on all our e-mails and you can let us know by e-mail. Your details will never be sold or passed on for any purposes unless we are legally compelled.
When using our on line payment system your PayPal or credit card details are entered on a secure PayPal site and are not retained by Australian Name Badge. All reasonable measures are taken to keep your details safe and private.
Right to decline work
Australian Name Badges is a company based on Christian principles. We reserve the right to decline work based on its content.
Australian Name Badges wants customers to be completely satisfied and happy with our product and the service they have received from us.
We recommend you immediately on receipt inspect any goods purchased to ensure you are completely satisfied, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and are sufficiently close to the design created and approved by you, the customer.
Please notify us in writing of your intention to return items within 10 days of receipt.
We will happily provide a replacement or refund if the product is:
• Defective in a way that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
• Is unsafe.
• Is significantly different from the proof or downloaded design. Please make use of the preview button to ensure you have seen your completed design.
• Is unacceptable in appearance or finish.
Should items be damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Please return those goods in the condition and packaging received for replacement or a refund.
Please retain a receipt or remittance advice for proof of purchase when seeking a replacement or refund.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned goods back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the product to us including any currency conversion costs.
Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty products. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty product is returned.
